Introduction Description:
The Primer project was conceived to address the lack of business skills among startup teams and young entrepreneurs who often lack the necessary commercial skills for success in the market. Through this pre-acceleration program, companies receive education and mentorship to prepare their projects for investment.
Participants in the program use the Playing Lean simulation to learn the basics of Lean startup and Lean product development. Additionally, they create a Lean Canvas model with fundamental assumptions related to their ideas and contemplate the riskiest assumptions regarding the development of their startups.
Result/Achievement:
During the Primer project, 10 teams acquired fundamental knowledge about user development and the Lean Startup approach, which will aid them in the further development of their startup ideas.
