One of the first tips that Filip will give you is to always focus on creating value for the user. His passion for entrepreneurship has followed him since high school, and his love for the efficiency of the lean approach comes from an engineering way of thinking. Conversations about innovative products and business models will always attract his attention, stimulate creative contribution or constructive questioning.
FOUNDER AND PARTNER
Miro is a PhD with a passion for lean management and innovation. A person who strives for excellence and focus on results, and sees his main role in helping to create and realize successful ideas through the development of individuals and organizations. He is the co-founder of Smion and one of the founders of Startup Drill.
HEAD OF RESEARCH & INNOVATION PROJECT LEAD
Vlatka believes that knowledge and grit form a powerful combination that shapes the world. With experience in innovation management, commercialisation and research she helps creativity find practical expression and create value for the end users. Dedicated to advancing innovation she brings together stakeholders, designing and implementing initiatives that develop new solutions and grow strong ecosystems.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Dario, after completing his degree in economics, continued to build his knowledge and experience in the fields of leadership and management, working across Europe, America, and Asia. In the USA, as a Lee Iacocca scholar, he studied and later lived and worked there multiple times. Thanks to his acquired competencies, he served as the main coordinator for several international innovative projects. In addition to leading complex infrastructure and software projects and managing international teams, his passion lies in imparting knowledge through education. He always believes in human potential and considers that proper leadership, combined with agility, is the key to the success of any organization.
MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Ivana is a student at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, with a keen interest in marketing and entrepreneurship. She is characterized by a constant desire for learning with the aim of continually improving herself and her work. A wide range of interests, enthusiasm, creativity, and curiosity guide her in overcoming challenges.
INNOVATION PROJECTS ASSOCIATE
Petar graduated from the Faculty of Graphic Arts in Zagreb, where he focused on design (user experience, interface, and graphic design) and marketing. Throughout his life, Petar has launched several of his own projects and startups, thereby gaining extensive experience in developing ideas and products.
