There’s still time to apply for The Best FoodEducators School Project Day 2025! – a national competition open to all elementary and high schools in Croatia.
This year’s theme, “From Field to Fork,” invites schools to explore any part of the food system — from growing and harvesting, to cooking, nutrition, food waste prevention, or community food Initiatives. It’s a chance for students to learn through doing, connect with real-world sustainability, and see the story of food from start to finish.

Prizes for inspiring schools
IKEA Croatia will provide main and additional prizes to support schools in developing their From Field to Fork project days.
Prizes are designed to encourage schools to continue exploring food education, creativity, and sustainability in hands-on and meaningful ways.
Prizes include:
- 3 main prizes for elementary schools
- 3 main prizes for high schools
- Additional prizes for all participating schools
