Social/Positive Impact: The project has contributed to building a recognizable brand for the startup ecosystem of Virovitica-Podravina County and provided support for the development of 9 startup teams working on entrepreneurial ideas.

Introduction Description:
Lean Startup Croatia, in collaboration with the Network of Incubators of Virovitica-Podravina County, organized and conducted a two-month pre-incubation education program with the aim of preparing innovation teams for launching their products and services to the market. The program consisted of various segments, including education, mentoring, and networking. During the program, participants prepared for the final Demo Day, where they presented their ideas to an expert jury. In the end, the teams Express Print, Boho Home, and Webilum were declared the winners.
Results/Achievement:
Over several months of working with the teams, the following results were achieved:
- 9 teams participated in education and the program.
- 9 teams validated their market problems and developed their business models.
- 7 teams created MVPs or prototypes that they tested with users.
- 3 teams generated revenues during the program. This project contributed to the development of the startup ecosystem in Virovitica-Podravina County and supported young entrepreneurs on their path to success.
