Introductory description (why the project was created, goals, how it was implemented):

Employees of leading Hungarian companies participated in the workshop with the aim of expanding their knowledge of product development, sales and marketing through the application of the lean startup approach. The workshop was organized as part of the largest Lean management conference in this part of Europe.

With the lean startup approach, using the Playing lean workshop that simulates market competition between four social networks, the participants were shown the importance of continuous learning from users.

Result / achievement:

25+ participants from leading Hungarian companies were educated on the importance of approaching processes and product development based on lean principles
