Introduction Description:

The Lean Startup School project gathered seven winning teams from student startup competitions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The aim of this project was to prepare these teams for participation in the final competition at the national technology conference.

During the workshop, the teams had the opportunity to refine their skills in the field of Lean startup, user-base development, and presentation. Special emphasis was placed on testing the riskiest assumptions in front of their users. Teams were encouraged to actively communicate with their target customers to better understand their needs and feedback.

Result/Achievement:

During the Lean Startup School project, seven teams devised and conducted three experiments each and designed MVPs (Minimal Viable Products). These MVPs allowed them to test the value proposition to their customers. The project provided teams with practical experience in applying Lean startup principles and prepared them for the competition at the national technology conference.
