Introduction:
For the Business Technology Incubator of Krapinsko-Zagorska County, a workshop was organized with a focus on structuring startup ideas correctly according to lean startup principles. The workshop included defining Plan A, identifying critical assumptions, and the methodology for conducting experiments and testing their plan.
Results/Achievements:
Through this project, the following results were achieved:
- Six startup teams were empowered with new knowledge and tools to help them launch their startups.
- This workshop provided valuable information and tools for startup development and helped teams better structure their ideas and recognize key aspects of their business plans.
