From entrepreneurship to industry connections
Project Description and Length
The project will establish a Challenge Hub, a platform dedicated to organizing innovation competitions, connecting educators with industry partners, and providing educational content focused on entrepreneurship and green technology. Additionally, mobile training sessions will be organized for vocational school staff in Croatia and Slovenia to enhance their professional skills in challenge-based learning, entrepreneurship, and the development of industry partnerships.
Two major green technology competitions will be held, allowing students to showcase their innovative and entrepreneurial skills as part of the challenge-based learning process. The project will also propose policy changes and an action plan based on a gap analysis to promote practice-based education in Bosnia & Herzegovina. The project outcomes will equip students with entrepreneurial and innovation skills, better preparing them for future employment and contributing to the economic development of Bosnia & Herzegovina.
The program runs from June 2024 to August 2025.
Six organizations from Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, with extensive experience and expertise in working with educational staff, will contribute their knowledge and support to the project participants. By uniting our resources and perspectives, we are uniquely positioned to achieve a significant impact on promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in adult education in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our international collaboration is key to establishing important connections with companies and organizations from different countries, offering valuable opportunities for teaching staff and students to gain international experience and enrich their personal and professional development.
Follow us as we work on transforming education in Bosnia and Herzegovina! Our goal is to make entrepreneurship a vital part of learning, with the support of ministries and the European Training Foundation. We are committed to:
– Prioritizing the introduction of entrepreneurship into education.
– Training teachers to foster entrepreneurial thinking.
– Integrating entrepreneurship into extracurricular activities and projects.
– Transforming vocational schools (VET) into centers for entrepreneurial learning.
