1.Canva:

In the realm of free tools, Canva stands out as the most versatile in terms of graphic design. We use it for everything, from designing banners for our website to creating posts for our social media, presentations, or promotional materials for our projects.

Canva is simple and incredibly intuitive, making it suitable for beginners yet powerful enough for more advanced users. With Canva, you can easily create social media posts or ads, infographics, engaging presentations, logos, greeting cards, and much more. What makes it so user-friendly are the pre-made templates that can be personalized. Canva offers a multitude of free resources, while certain premium resources are exclusive to the pro version.

5. Eventbrite:

Eventbrite is an excellent event management tool. It assists in creating and promoting events, managing RSVPs, and analyzing the performance of your event. Eventbrite helps us manage events by notifying everyone where they need to be and when sending reminders the day before the event.

The tool also provides a QR code for event participant registration, a feature we find particularly useful. With over 300 participants at some events, scanning QR codes allows us to complete check-ins rapidly, saving time on manual entry, and attendees save time waiting in line. The tool is free, but certain premium features require additional payment.
